Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Nummy Tum-Tum Brand Ambassador Program!
By applying to and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Eligibility

To be considered for our Brand Ambassador Program, you must:
1.1 Be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
1.2 Have at least one pet who enjoys Nummy Tum-Tum products.
1.3 Maintain a public Instagram, TikTok, or both that is dedicated in part to your pet’s life and personality.
1.4 Be willing to create at least three (3) pieces of content with the initial Welcome Box.

2. Ambassador Perks

2.1 Welcome Box
New ambassadors will receive a branded Nummy Tum-Tum welcome box containing:

• One (1) can of each product in our line
• Fun branded swag for both you and your pet

2.2 Ongoing Product Shipments
If selected for the program, we’ll send you products regularly, tailored to your pet’s needs and dietary preferences in exchange for on-going content monthly featuring Nummy Tum-Tum.

2.3 Exclusive Discount Codes
You’ll receive:

• A 15% personal discount code for your own use
• A 10% follower discount code to share with your audience

2.4 Social Support
We’ll repost or tag you on the first post or reel featuring Nummy Tum-Tum content, as long as it aligns with our brand guidelines.

2.5 Community
You’ll be part of a fun, exclusive community of pet lovers and fellow ambassadors who share a passion for wholesome pet nutrition.

3. Content Guidelines & Expectations

To stay active in the program, ambassadors must provide and send us three (3) pieces of content per month, choosing from the following:

• High-quality photos (for use on social media)
• Photo posts on Instagram or Facebook
• Short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, or Stories)
• A recipe using Nummy Tum-Tum products (with clear step-by-step photos, eligible for our blog)

All content must:

• Clearly and prominently display Nummy Tum-Tum product packaging
• Tag @nummytumtum in all posts, reels, and stories
• Focus on your pet and/or Nummy Tum-Tum products (no competing brands)
• Use positive, pet-friendly language
• Avoid politically charged, controversial, or inappropriate content

4. Content Usage Agreement

4.1 By participating in the program, you grant Nummy Tum-Tum shared ownership of all content you create featuring our products.
4.2 We may use your content across social media, website, email marketing, paid ads, or packaging.
4.3 Not all content will be reposted. We reserve the right not to share content that does not meet our quality or brand guidelines.

5. Program Conduct and Expectations

5.1 Ambassadors must positively represent Nummy Tum-Tum at all times.
5.2 Use of the 15% personal discount code is for your own purchases only. Misuse (e.g., sharing publicly or bulk buying) may result in removal from the program.
5.3 Stay responsive and communicative with the Nummy Tum-Tum team.
5.4 We reserve the right to remove ambassadors at any time for failure to meet content requirements or align with brand values.

6. Termination & Updates

6.1 Nummy Tum-Tum may modify or terminate the program and these terms at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any major changes.
6.2 You may voluntarily leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
6.3 Nummy Tum-Tum reserves the right to terminate participation at its sole discretion if an ambassador no longer aligns with our mission or content standards.

7. Legal Disclaimer

Participation in the Nummy Tum-Tum Brand Ambassador Program does not establish any form of employment, partnership, or joint venture. Ambassadors are considered independent collaborators.

8. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your application and participating in the Nummy Tum-Tum Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above.
